Sourabh Jagdale is the Managing Head of Sourabh Jagdale and Group, and the Director of Jagdale Sports Foundation, with wider responsibilities as Head of Trinity Cricket Academy.
Born and raised in Pune, Sourabh’s cricketing journey began at the age of 14, when he first represented Maharashtra and emerged as the state’s highest run-scorer. Over the next decade, he became a consistent performer at the national level, building a reputation for discipline, determination, and batting excellence.
After a successful playing career, Sourabh transitioned his competitive spirit into mentoring, sports education, and investments in cricket infrastructure. He pursued a Master’s degree in Sports Science and Management, along with specialized training in Strength & Conditioning and Cricket Coaching accreditations. These academic and professional milestones laid the foundation for his leadership role in shaping the future of athletes.
Taking over as the Head of Jagdale Sports Foundation, Sourabh expanded the academy’s vision to create world-class infrastructure and training systems for young cricketers. He later established Trinity Cricket Academy, which quickly became a hub of grassroots and elite-level cricket development in Maharashtra.
The launch of Sourabh Jagdale and Group marked a major breakthrough a professional umbrella organization dedicated to nurturing talent, driving sports entrepreneurship, and building sustainable systems for athlete development.
